Debbie Buckley, Office Administrator, Chapin Commercial
Prior to joining the Chapin team, Debbie was in charge of the publications department of a non-profit organization which published scientific journals. As Office Administrator, Debbie is not only responsible for making sure the Commercial department runs smoothly but also performs all administrative duties. Smantha Mentzer, Office Administrator, Chapin Residential
A graduate of Shepherd University and the 1998 Rookie of the Year in New Home Sales, Sam brings over 10 years of experience in Frederick County real estate. She is also a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Sales Person (CSP). Her daily activities include all aspects of contracts and sales and the coordination of every transaction from beginning to end. Karen Mozingo, Office Support Staff, Chapin Residential
Karen provides prospective buyers with up-to-date searches for properties. For our Sellers, she contacts agents who have shown our listings for feedback to convey to the seller. In addition, Karen performs all the numerous office duties to keep our office productive and efficient.
